    1-ON-1

    Speed Enhancement training is a 4-6 week training  course designed to enhance athlete's speed, power, and bio mechanics. During the weeks, athletes will learn exercises specific  to training to improve speed. Athletes will also learn proper warm up techniques to prime the the muscles for peak competition.

    GROUP TRAINING

    Would you like speed training for your HS/Club Soccer team, Flag Football Team, Coed Softball, or have a group of teammates and want speed training together?  We can set up a training program to have your teams speed at its peak for the start of your competitive season.
